Terms & Conditions

  You will need to agree to the following:

• My dog is fit & healthy.  

• I understand the grooming of sick or elderly dogs is carried out at my own risk.

• If my dog's health causes concern to you while in your care I agree to you seeking veterinary advice at my expense.

• I agree that the groomer will not be held responsible for the standard of the groom or mishaps that may occur while grooming dogs with behavioural problems.

• I understand that if my dog needs extra time spent on him/her due to de-matting or behaviour there may be an extra charge.

• I understand that if my dogs coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave off his/her coat. If this does occur the pet may take a few days to adjust to his new coat. I understand when shaving off the dogs coat there is a risk of cutting the dog. Permission to shave off matted coat will be requested.

• I agree to my dog's photograph being used on social media  /website.

• I agree to my contact details being stored to enable you to contact me by email, telephone or text for emergencies, booking reminders, and collection notification. I understand I can withdraw this permission at anytime.

• I understand any data kept will not be provided to any other person or business except by law.

• 'Fluff the Dog' requires 48 hours notice to cancel any appointments. Failure to notify will result in loss of deposit.
